U každého disku je uvedenoEnclosure Device IDaSlot Number.
Nahrazený disk má v mém případěSlot Number: 2. Ujistíme se proto, že sedíEnclosure Device ID. - Přidání disku do pole (force rebuild)
Pokud je VD (RAID pole) degradované a slot 2 je jeho člen (pozor, některé stroje mohou mít víc řadičů a raidů), ale disk je nový, můžeme zadat příkaz:
(tím disk dáme do stavu Dobrý = Good)
[E:S] namená [EnclosureID:Slot number], musíte nahradit ID, která zjistíte z předchozího příkazu/opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli64 -PDMakeGood -PhysDrv [E:S] -a0/opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli64 -PDRbld -Start -PhysDrv [E:S] -a0
kde[E:S]znamená[EnclosureID:SlotID], např. v mém případě[32:2].
Jinak lze disk nastavit jako hotspare:/opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli64 -HotSpare -PhysDrv [E:S] -a0
a řadič ho použije pro rebuild sám. - Taky lze sledovat stav rebuildu příkazem:
